Who we are?

PARAS ENGINEERS, popularly known as “PARAS” takes pride in being a part of this process since it was incorporated in the year 1998 and before that in the legacy which has been passed on by their ancestors who were pioneers in this field and had spearheaded the Science Education Industrial Revolution of the country way back in 1956 and received accolades from the then President and Prime Minister.
With unrelenting passion we have been moving onwards endeavoring to serve the Nation in the myriad fields of Engineering, Education, Science, Research & Industrial Lab Support Systems through our superlative Range of Products.

A HISTORY & QUEST OF PASSION
The Start
Independent India’s struggle to achieve Industrial Independence was long earmarking respective contributions made by now reputed industrial houses like Tata, Birla etc. In context, especially in the domain of Scientific Lab equipment wherein there was a dominance & dependency on imported goods stood forth a relentless pioneer; a visionary with a passion for delivering education& educational products to the masses in their own Swadeshi way.
This led to the birth of M/s/ Sumair & Sons, a company specializing in manufacturing of Biological and Scientific Equipments in 1957. The said concern was a brainchild & fruit of labour of Shri. Sumair Chand Jain ( S.C. Jain), a technocrat who was dedicated to ensuring the highest quality standards to compete with the international market. His efforts were not in vain and this led to immediate recognition when the President of India; Hon’ble S. Radha Krishnan visited the works in 1958 and motivated the team. Later, the then Prime Minister Sh. Lal Bahadur Shastri visited the works and wished the team all the best for future endeavors.
The company’s products were well accepted & supplied in Educational Institutions in India subsequently for many years. Many international delegations had also started visiting after the efforts of the team, family members and Government promotion policy & support.
The Dy High Commission of Pakistan visited the works in 1963.
All was going well, but due to health circumstances the pace of development was hit especially in context to expansion in the International Market. Mr. S.C. Jain’s health further deteriorated in the coming years and he succumbed & left this world towards the Heavenly Abode in 1996. Thereafter, this incomplete work & passion to promote Education & provide tangible solutions was inherited & shouldered, in letter & spirit by the sons of Late. S.C.Jain. Thus, I , Naresh Kumar Jain (N.K. Jain) came forward and started my company in the name and style of “PARAS ENGINEERS– PARAS Brand”.
With the prior work experience of 10 years with our father Late S.C Jain, PARAS started off their humble beginning as a Scientific Equipment, Educational Teaching Aids, Labware and Lab Setup Solutions provider to Schools primarily.

Since then, we have grown many fold taking into our ambit complete laboratory solutions under one roof .We are now offering turnkey lab solutions to all kinds of labs whether Industrial or Educational and are proud to be one of the single largest multidisciplinary laboratory solutions provider in the Domestic market having equipped labs of a number of reputed schools, Govt ITI’s, Polytechnics, Engg, /Pharmacy/ Nursing / Ayurvedic & medical colleges ,Universities & Industrial testing labs for material testing, pharma, cosmetic ,water, food and many more. .
